JUSTIN CHEUNG, VICE-PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT & PLANNING

As Vice-President of Development and Planning, Justin is responsible for the creation and execution of Wesbild’s development plans on Burke Mountain and manages a team of dedicated individuals.  Justin is responsible for cultivating relationships with external stakeholders such as community members, government officials, and suppliers.

Prior to joining Wesbild in 2018 as development manager, Justin practiced as a civil engineer for over a decade, specializing in hillside development projects, such as Burke Mountain, Westwood Plateau, and master-planned communities in West Vancouver and Kelowna.  Justin holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Science from the University of British Columbia, and is a registered Professional Engineer with Engineers & Geoscientists British Columbia.

Outside of being an avid sports fan, Justin currently holds the unofficial title of “Chief Foodie” at Wesbild.
