RANDY ZIEN, DEPUTY CHAIRMAN

Randy is Deputy Chairman of Persis and the previous President of Wesbild, where for over 30 years he has helped shape the Persis Group vision and strategic positioning. He holds degrees in Commerce and Law and specializes in international tax, finance, and real estate. He is currently on the Boards of Drug Royalty ICAV (Ireland) and Drug Royalty LLC, and is a long-time member of the Board of Belkorp Industries.

His prior roles reflect a deep commitment to both business and community leadership. He served as Chairman of UBC Properties Trust and was a member of the Advisory Board for the Fuller Group (Joey’s, Earls, Cactus Club). He has held governance roles as a Governor of both the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Urban Development Institute, and has been a Board Member of Future Shop, British Columbia Housing Corporation, British Columbia Land Corporation, Coquitlam Builders Trust, BC Forest Foundation, and Collingwood School.

Randy also served as CFO of Bancorp Polygon, President of the Morningside Homeowners Association, Chairman of Big Sky Golf Club, President of Predator Ridge Resort, and as an Adjunct Professor at the UBC Law School.
