Wesbild is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Reid as Senior Vice-President, Okanagan, where he will lead operations and strategic growth for Predator Ridge.
Jonathan brings over 25 years of experience in the resort, hospitality, recreation, and development sectors across Canada and the United States. His career spans leadership roles at some of North America’s most renowned four-season resort destinations where he has built a strong reputation for operational excellence and customer-focused development.
Most recently, Jonathan served as Chief Operating Officer at Freed Hotels & Resorts, overseeing their flagship destinations including Muskoka Bay Resort, Deerhurst Resort, and Horseshoe Resort. Prior to that, he led operations at Horseshoe Resort and Bear Valley Resort, managing complex, year-round ski, golf, lodging, wellness, dining, and recreation experiences.
At the core of Jonathan’s leadership is a commitment to consistency, care, and accountability. He is known for building empowered teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving strategic results that align with long-term community values.

Jonathan’s extensive experience with building leadership teams and elevating the guest experience, together with his passion for the outdoors make him a natural fit for Wesbild’s vision in the Okanagan. A former member of the Canadian National Snowboard Team, Jonathan’s leadership will be instrumental as we continue to evolve Predator Ridge as a leading resort community and strengthen our presence in the region.
