Vancouver, June 13, 2026 — Wesbild has launched sales for 35 new townhomes on Burke Mountain, offering family-sized homes starting at under $1 million in one of Coquitlam’s fastest growing communities.

According to a recent report by Rennie Intelligence and Angus Reid, the demand for ground-oriented living remains a powerful force in the market, with over half of all end-user buyers identifying townhomes as their preferred choice. The “sweet spot” is a three-bedroom family home, with a “notable appetite” for two bedroom townhomes as well.
